At Patio Play World ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering premium, made-to-order grills and smokers, handcrafted by Live Fire and Smoke in Indiana, USA. Each unit is custom-built after your order is placed to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because each grill or smoker is built to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in the case of damage or defect as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • For concealed damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@patioplayworld.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  • We will work directly with the manufacturer to arrange for repair, replacement, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.

  • Products not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Minor variations in finish, color, or craftsmanship—these are normal characteristics of handcrafted, live-fire cooking equipment and are not considered defects.
