we offer custom-built, made-to-order grills and smokers, handcrafted by Live Fire and Smoke in Indiana, USA. Each unit is built from scratch after your order is placed to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.

Production Time
Because each grill or smoker is made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Lead times may vary depending on the season and order volume.

Shipping Method & Time
After production, orders ship via freight carrier. Freight transit within the continental U.S. usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

Order Tracking
We’ll send you tracking details and freight carrier information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted. Some promotions may include free shipping—check product listings for details.

standard flat rate is $150.00.

Freight Delivery Guidelines

  • Standard delivery is curbside. The driver will bring your shipment to the nearest accessible point at your address.

  • If you require inside delivery, liftgate service, or white-glove setup, contact us for a quote before your order ships.

  • Please inspect all shipments at delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Report any concealed damage within 48 hours with photos.
